Attorney Scott Blaha
Scott Blaha is a seasoned attorney and formidable litigator with over a decade of courtroom experience under his belt. He received his law degree from Creighton University, where he was an editor of the Creighton Law Review and a member of the Advanced Practice Trial Team. He also interned with the Innocence Project and the Public Defender’s Office. He has prosecuted all manner of criminal cases as a DA, before transitioning his career and focus to both criminal defense and family law for fathers and men in need of his services. Scott has represented a wide range of clients, including criminal defendants, private parties, and government agencies and officials in civil litigation, criminal matters, commercial transactions, land use disputes, employment cases, and appellate litigation.
