Attorney Patrick Farchione
Attorney - Colorado
Patrick Farchione is a Colorado family law attorney and skilled litigator who represents clients in complex divorce, custody, and financial disputes. At The Dadvocates, he combines strong courtroom advocacy with practical, individualized counsel to help clients protect their relationships with their children, their financial interests, and their futures. His practice ranges from negotiated divorces to heavily contested litigation involving substantial marital estates and high-conflict family dynamics.
Patrick brings careful preparation, analytical rigor, and persuasive advocacy to cases where the facts are disputed and the stakes are deeply personal. He understands that effective representation requires command of both the legal issues and the details that make each family’s circumstances unique. His approach emphasizes identifying the issues that matter, developing a focused strategy, and presenting a clear, compelling case at mediation and in court.
An effective negotiator as well as a capable courtroom advocate, Patrick helps clients evaluate settlement opportunities with a clear understanding of their options and the risks of litigation. When resolution requires a contested hearing or trial, he advocates firmly and thoughtfully for his clients’ interests. Throughout the process, he keeps their long-term priorities at the center of his work.
Patrick’s commitment to family law is rooted in helping people navigate some of the most consequential transitions of their lives. He takes the time to understand each client’s concerns, explain difficult legal issues in accessible terms, and provide candid guidance. Clients facing emotionally charged disputes can expect an attorney who listens closely, prepares thoroughly, and approaches their case with purpose and resolve.
Patrick regularly practices in Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, Jefferson, Douglas, Boulder, El Paso, Larimer, and Weld counties, and has represented clients on Colorado’s Western Slope, including Gunnison and Mesa counties.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Patrick has made Colorado his permanent home. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Colorado Boulder and his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
Outside his practice, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs. His favorite pursuits include cooking, baking, playing pool, hiking, running, and reading.
