Attorney Lara Rausch
Lara Rausch is an associate attorney at The Dadvocates, where she concentrates her practice in divorce, child custody and support, and military family needs.
Born into an Air Force family, Ms. Rausch was raised in Dover, Delaware. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science at the University of Delaware and was awarded her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 2012.
Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Ms. Rausch clerked with the Delaware Department of Justice in the Criminal and Family divisions under a special license with the Delaware Supreme Court. She negotiated pleas with juveniles in Family Court, prosecuted minor traffic offenses, and assisted prosecutors in trial in the Criminal division.
After passing the bar exam, Ms. Rausch relocated to Denver, Colorado in 2013. She fell in love with Colorado during her undergraduate career when her father was stationed in neighboring Cheyenne, Wyoming at F.E. Warren AFB. Prior to joining The Dadvocates, Ms. Rausch practiced primarily in discovery on complex litigation.
Ms. Rausch is thrilled to join The Dadvocates. Her focus is to attain excellent outcomes for her clients by listening and to counsel and help those in crisis make wise decisions. Ms. Rausch will effectively advocate for her clients throughout mediation, settlement, or trial.
